Be brave be free control your emotions
Whirlwind of feelings like waves in the ocean
Explosion of thoughts affecting your mind
Frightened to explore what will you find
Shaken and apprehensive falling to pieces
Cracks appearing wrinkles and creases
Covering the reality up with a false and fake smile
Underlying issues around for a long long while
Others naive proceeding through life alone
Unaware and oblivious the truth is unknown
Always preferred to keep it that way
We struggle to share our feelings every single day
