Emerald

May a month when trees display their many tones and hues
Adorned in their best all new and fresh; trees dressed to impress
Cloaked in many shades of green like emerald, lime or chartreuse
May a month when trees display their many tones and hues
So many shades of green are seen of emerald I effuse
Vivid like the precious stone emerald green can stand alone
May a month when trees display their many tones and hues
Adorned in their best all new and fresh; trees dressed to impress

Thank you Tom for your welcome visit and like you I adore the lush fresh leaves of our trees and shrubs after winter's hibernation. The colours are so vibrant and truly lift my spirit. With kindest thoughts Ann xx
