Embracing Death

I heard the squelch of death again, Though I tried to turn a deaf ear, But its hands were on me with pain, My heart burns yet I have no fear. At night I saw creatures with claws, And sharp molars running around, Calling on my name with loud voice, As devil beans fall on the ground. I jerk back as I lay on bed, Waiting for death to visit me, My heart pounds as my eyes turn red, How I wish I can be set free. Free from death by embracing it, As I spin and fall inside ~pit . 9-18-2019 Contest:welcome to my random world contest by Nina Parmenter.

I think I will avoid embracing death for a bit longer. Congrats on your win.
