Embrace-Hold-Release
Seizing the moment, yet quick to release,
that essence of elixir be retained,
as we flow on thus in nonchalant ease,
each subtle nuance within is sustained
by our childlike presence, pure and unstained.
Is-ness of life, in the now is aglow,
incomprehensible to ego thoughts slow.
We simply flow wherever love takes us,
in the continuum soft and mellow,
joyous and unresistant without fuss.
