Embrace the Aged

We should tell the aged we love them
And make them feel special for a day
It's up to us to do the most
To meet them all the way.

We should always show an interest
Not failing to be kind
It takes just a few words
Too make their face light up and shine.

They look forward to each visit
And brag when we are gone
By the time they have finished talking
All around has left their bond.

We should embrace them for a minute
And always let them be
As precious as they are
And always they shall be.
