Elizabeth

You smile on the outside While you hide your pain Most pretend to care for you But only tend to drain But do not fret for long Because my friendship’s true To me you are my sister I’ll be there through and through I see you growing stronger Your strength is screaming out But still they try to hold you down And fill your heart with doubt But do not give them the satisfaction Don’t go without a fight And when no one else defends you I’ll support you with all my might Don’t be afraid to tell me your woes Don’t hide behind those smiles Because I’ll be there no matter what To help you through these trials Dedicated to my friend and sister, Elizabeth
