Eggs
Eggs are the basic source of protein for yours truly.
It pains me to consume life in any degree,
be it animal or vegetable. It doesn't matter to me.
Consuming eggs in the mind of yours truly
is the equivalent of consuming potential life basically,
and not life that once lived and was free to roam free,
but still, I occasionally will eat meat.
I guess it's just the carnivore hard wired in me.
