Edge of Night
Against the edge of night
My lonely soul scurries into flight
For dead my spirit fears only light
Dawn will shine before I dine, my sweet
Shadows glance as my beauty sleeps deep
Keep my cold soul from her body heat
I return into the darkness of earth
Damed by living dead curse
Hunger pains my heart's rebirth
Slowly my purple curtain falls
Briskly into the night my senses call
Sweet the neck my fangs enthrall
Blood of life redeems the dead
From her soul my cursed spirit is fed
Into the night's blue I drink her red
I search into the edge of night
Full of life from my death's delight
And dare to dream of embracing the light
To end this living dead to die
I shed red tears of blood I cry
But into the earth from Sun I hide
Cursed the curse I live to die
Cursed the curse I live to die
Cursed the curse I live to die
