Confined like a caged animal
Perpetually encased in lead flesh
No longer entrusted to freedom
Faith turned bitter with rebuke
Hatred overwhelming curiosity’s innocence
Power betraying underlying greed
Eternally ruining peace’s realm
Endless shadows formed under serpentine chaos
Repeating continuously into the dark
Forever at a battle with light
