Notes: Sushumna is the central pranic vein from root to crown, flanked by several energetic pathways, the main ones being Ida (cool channel) and Pingala (hot channel). Within the Sushumna is a subtler conduit or funnel, called Chitrini and concealed yet deeper within the Chitrini, is the Brahma nadi. As layers of ego identity slowly drop away, the energy in these channels manifests automatically by divine grace, the will of God

A fine write Seeker. Our energy sources are channeled in streams I've not yet learned. Interesting, are your thoughts.

Thought rested silence, free from fears & desires, magnetises us, drawing in the currents automatically. No one wishes to give up fragmented thinking, however!
