Notes: Sushumna is the central pranic vein from root to crown, flanked by several energetic pathways, the main ones being Ida (cool channel) and Pingala (hot channel). Within the Sushumna is a subtler conduit or funnel, called Chitrini and concealed yet deeper within the Chitrini, is the Brahma nadi.
