Eclipsed

My desires eclipse who I am.

I stand only to fall into sin.

My thoughts are clouded:

The world grows louder with perverse laughter.

I feel overshadowed by the darkness surrounding me.

Without hope of ever being saved

I pray to be set free from these mortal fears:

Taunting & embarrassing me.
