In the realm of ancient lore, I yearn to reside,
To bear a deep dive into tales untied.
Achilles, a warrior with a heart of fire,
Hector, noble and valiant, to whom I aspire
Agamemnon, a leader with ambitions high,
Athena, wise and cunning, is always nearby.
The Trojan War, a conflict of epic scale,
Where heroes fought and destinies prevail.
Greek mythology, a world so vast,
Stories of gods and mortals, destined to last
Assyrians, Babylonians, empires of auld,
Their triumphs and struggles are stories untold.
Hebrews, Romans, and Carthaginians too
ancient civilizations, each with an exclusive hue.
Egyptians, builders of majestic pyramids
Their culture and wisdom are still vivid amid.
Oh, how I yearn to follow in their footsteps.
To uncover their thoughts, their secrets were kept.
To journey through the sands of time,
To unravel their dreams, their hopes are sublime.
Between the pages of time, I'll explore
Seeking echoes of their laughter and their roar.
Achilles, with his wrath, was a force to behold.
In battle, his enemies tremble, and his stories are told.
Hector, the protector, a symbol of might,
Fighting for his city, defending what's right.
Agamemnon, a ruler with power and might
Driven by an ambition to conquer and unite.
Athena, the goddess of wisdom and war
Guiding the heroes, watching from afar.
The Trojan War, a tale of love and strife
A clash of nations, shaping history's life
Heroes and villains, their stories intertwined,
A battle of gods, mortals, and fate combined
From the origins of these ancient lands
I seek to understand their hearts and their stands.
