Eating the Wave and Particle
So when we peel it all back, where did it all come from.
I mean when you get past the birds and the bees, the plants and the trees
The sea and the sky, the planets and the universes and the cosmos
We come to back to what. But I want to know why.
Why is there all that, what is it all for. To live to die, what more?
Perhaps the human brain and heart cannot bear an unanswered line
And maybe everything from that point becomes too invisibly sharp
So we create everything the gods the angels and even the golden harp
That answers all our questions and we can heave a finished sigh
We are not alone and we don’t need to ask again the ultimate unwavering, why.
