Easy Slip Away

It truly is quite deceiving the truthful lies we say as we are drawn into false believing. Imagery and word flow can easily slip away lost in the stop go world we know. Days are filled with guilty pleasures garden song and creature play things we often fail to treasure. But the world in which we hurry is too often overlooked and gray longing for rhymed prose and poetry. There it goes again forgotten, missed, slipping fast away the simple, easy measured, poetic refrain.
