easy breezy
how easy can it get
all we need to do
is remain at rest
ego wishes to agitate
deflecting our attention
it’s cravings never abate
invoking bliss magnetism
flow of thoughts cease
joy fills body prism
staid silence enables
bliss ignition in the heart
spoken of in awe in fables
