Easter 2018 and Ever More
A man most righteous, years and years ago
paid a ransom with an awful price.
First He let Himself be brought down low.
And after that, He laid down his own life.
So for all who live with suffering and strife,
hope is in our grasp from His sacrifice.
It is by grace alone that man again can live.
What if in this brand new year we could make a fraction of
the sacrifice He made? What if we this very year would give
forgiveness unto others like He gave to you and me?
Just think how beautiful our world would be
and ever more if we would live the Golden Rule and merit God’s sweet love!
