Easier To Give Up
In my darkest hour
Time just stops
I don't have any power
My heart just drops
Don't watch my back
I don't need your help
I like living in black
Don't find me a cure
I'm giving up
It's easier I assure
I want to be alone
I'll be okay
My pain I've shown
Happiness I've forsaken
I still like awake
Even with these pills I've taken
Things won't get better
I've seen it close up
So I write this letter
Saying it's easier to give up
