her eyes reached out to me for help
I shuffled the others away
and swiftly sneaked back to make sure she knew
I had her back

That black ice is treacherous Caren, nearly got caught out at a junction once, saw the shiny patch too late and went straight out onto a busy main road, thankfully there wasn't anything coming at that moment, usually used by big lorries I lived to tell the tale. Tom
