Those juxtaposed lines are the hardest! I spent so long just describing & my teacher would say "How is that a surprise or a revelation?" Of course I'd grumble! Congrad's on your win and trying so hard Light & love

There is nothing more refreshing that the scent of spring rain, flower petals, and fresh air. You have so much beauty in just six short lines. An amazing poem, Nette! Good luck in Debbie's contest!
