Early Spring Collection

gold morning daylight
buds joined to spindly branches
clear dew reflects hill

from its hive bee flew
pollen sticks to its long hairs~
sun bluebonnets face

crunch of fallen leaves
litter layer earthworm feed~
croaking wood frog leaps
