Equanimity
Don't be too sad
or be too angry
Too good or too bad
Have equanimity.
Mine isn't a cynic mind
or inclined to pain
Nor pleasure-blind;
a confirmed villain.

Guided by patience
More so, resilience
Sameness of mind
Will protect the rind!
When in dire need
You'll act with speed.
In accidents, to panic
Is next to Satanic!
