Eap-A Ship

A ship tossed like a cork with the wind
And the waves lapping in the gale
As the creator never fails
with the lungs exhale
the salty spray of the whale's tail.

With just the right amount of barnacle and salt for this old sea dog. Wishing I was back in the seafaring day. A very cleaver yarn you have spun. Mac

Truly a magnificent image of the splashing whale's tail, Doris. This is one of the best list poems I've read for Brian's contest and I wish you success! Love, Carolyn
