Each Moment Poignant
Neither with brutality nor ferocity
But with calm resolute tranquility
Awareness & attention in tandem
Move in the linear time continuum
Whilst mind-body is the trumpeter
Joyful loving heart is the puppeteer
This being what is meant
Rise equalling the descent
Centre everywhere
Circumference nowhere
Within the void of every pulse
Re-cognition is instantaneous
