Dust

when winds wisp dust into your face
do you close your eyes to embrace
what was once and yet to be
particles of the very first humanity
weave and woven into the cusp
we are dust and dust is us

First line needs an "s" at the end of the word:wind. "When winds wisp dust into your face" But, God, this is deep and well written and will go in my favorite's list. So much said beneath the words. Meanings that I have yet to decipher. Wonderful, you have talent and are succinct. Danielle
