Drunken Moon

~twice the beauty~

in the sea of love
reflection of the night
a wave moves

Skat, This poem reminds me of Langston Hughes. You say so much in such a few lines. And the ambiguous nature of the word, wave in this piece is classic!!! Great Write!!! Woody

I love this poem. The moon is such an icon for love and when one sees it reflected in the "sea of love" it is moving, and we can only hold tight as the wave hits us. Thank you for sharing this. Well done.

I shall look in on your other poetry my friend, i just needed my little Haiku fix once again. Once again an excellent piece. Diamonds can indeed be found in little packages. After reading this one, i think i can try for some sleep soon and let the waters take me away. A seven and a fav....Vladislav.
