Drowning In Ink

I'm drowning in ink
From the thoughts I re-think
As each paper pretends
That my pen has no end...
This trail of confusion
writes lines of illusion
That's trailing behind me
To always remind me..
Of lessons I learned
And of blessings I earned
Though they drip from this feather
They do more than just tether...
It's freeing my soul
Thru each word that unfolds
So that others may read it
Whenever they need it
