Drip Drop

Drip drop drip drop
a broken faucet wont stop
the clock goes
tick tock tick tock
the silence is over bearing
ringing in the ears is very scaring
why when I go into public
people keep staring
or is it just the fact
I can hear a whisper
the drop of a dime
or the drip drop of a faucet
our world spins in circles
is why I am so nauseous
new relationships
I stay cautious
never trust a person
no matter how flawless
people will step on each other
look at what Cain did to Abel
his own brother
understanding history and facts
I do pray at night so I dont lose track
and end up like that
from some other
trying to put me flat on my back
where I can no longer breathe
or have the chance to react
drip drop I hear the water out the faucet
silence everyone one has the skeletons in their closet. -TA
