"Drink thy own water from your cistern" Bible- Proverbs 5:15


Drink water from your own cistern
Let your fountain be your concern
Leave not your wife ever.

Rejoice in the wife of your youth
A loving doe, svelte deer in truth
Leave not your wife ever.

Don’t get attached with someone’s wife
Embrace not other’s wives in life
Be with your wife ever.

Your water streams be yours alone
Share not, may fountain be your own.
Drink thy own water ever. 

Your ways, in full view of the Lord
Your deeds and paths are recorded
Drink thy own water ever.
