Drifting Away
Abandon me, Leave me bleeding,
Leave me, just as you knew me,
Hopeless, empty, strand me on a lonely island,
Ditch me, bury me under, tell me you will think of me,
As I wash away, drifting off, floating away,
See me drowning, cast away drowning in memory,
Take me pull me down into all the fear you left me,
See my tears roll, hear my last words,
Feel my pulse stop beating,
Leave me just the way you saw me,
Broken, so torn open, my last breath is yours.
