Dreams In Daylight

Hypothetically speaking
Dreams have me running about seeking
Angels in the daytime
Dreams don’t wait for night time
Words can’t form the right line
To say what it is I’m feeling
The way I’ve been dealing
With this new life I live
This new air I breathe

Smile again
And let me fall into it’s beauty
Laugh again
Let that music echo through me
Touch my face
Watch me melt while my hearts race

In this short time space
Feelings bloom like that rose you gave me
There’s no more gloom in my sky
To see your eyes light up
When we’re together
Remind me of my favourite dreams
In daylight.

It’s become that I need you
It starts out that my hearts bleed
If you aren’t here
All I do is wish my Jaimee near

Daytime doesn’t inhibit these dreams
Daylight does nothing to tame these feel-ings
Whenever I close my eyes you dance
Wherever I am you prance
Through my mind
Whenever you’re there I can’t help but glance
No, I stare cause I can’t believe
That an angel breathes
Earthly air

How do you make my dreams come true
In the night time or light of day
Maybe it’s in the way
You always know when I need your love
When I need you my dove
To fly through my broken sky
Maybe it’s the way your eyes
Hold me in their magic

Maybe it the static
Electricity rubbing of our souls
Against fate and time
And even if my words don’t rhyme
You evoke poetic phrases
That push up like intellectual daises
In the weirdest of plac...

I'm awake now
Here ends
My Dreams In Daylight
