Dreams From Reality

It's always different for everyone. How we deal with problems, desires. Just the little things that make life what it is. I have a little routine I go through to sort mine out. I get out of bed and go on with life. Little things going on here and there. You are there, my dear, adding to my desires constantly. Yet with that desire, there is also a complication. A small, simple thing, really. Yet still, I have no easy solution. No actual plan. So, I go on with it, ordering these desires and problems in my mind. But once I go to sleep, that's where they take effect. When I sleep I go into my own little world. A world of lush green fields, and roses everywhere. There, scattered about are my desires, limitless and free as could be. Lately there has been an addition to these desires. Yet...somehow it's held higher than the rest, as if on a hill in the center. And there, under a beautiful, old oak tree... I see you. You watch me come to you, your beautiful eyes and smile upon me. And once I'm there, a wonderful feeling takes over. I feel content. Nothing could take this feeling, or take you away from me. It feels...magnificent. Holding you close under that tree, the sun shining on us. Your beautiful hair flows in the breeze, I smell your irresistible scent all around. Your voice, like a choir of angels, even when you say the smallest things. We sit for a while, a happiness that seems forever lasting. But then...I wake up. I lay still, wanting nothing more than to go back. I get up, and I think, it's a desire that is in arms reach in this reality. One day, the barrier will break, I'm sure. And then nothing will separate this dream from reality.
