Dreams Come True

One day I’ll wake up and lie
Tell you that I’m not happy
But I’m really “not”
Say that I’m over you
But I’ll never really stop
Being in love with you

Seeing you walk by not
Feeling anything for you
Not floating on cloud
Nines, tens or elevens
No longer my definition
“Heaven in a smile”
It’ll all be a lie

Like “In a while it will be
Too late to salvage this”
“It’s not possible to salvage a
Broken kiss”
Left with only broken moments
Lying “No I did not miss
You” but I did in
Every second my
Soul wishes you were here

I reached left still
Beating till the day
That won’t ever come
Because this has been
My life with you
No lies just
“Dreams come true”
