Dreams
As I lie upon my bed,
thoughts of you are in my head;
as I drift off to sleep,
thoughts of you are all I keep;
as i sleep through the night,
I see you in the pale moon light;
walking to me is what it seems,
but it is only in my dreams;
dreams so warm, filled with care,
really wishing you could be there;
holding, kissing and loving you,
we are together all night through;
then I awaken feeling so blue,
I look beside me to find it was true.
