dreams
dreams sometimes they escape you
others they haunt you at night
the path you take
is not by chance
it was planned before
you were ever born
what lies ahead is
somewhat of a mystery
you may walk down
a path with colored hues
or you may just sit
and watch as life unfolds
waiting for your dreams to come true
