Dreams

Dreadful dreams pain me as I sleep,
Draining me of all cheerful hope,
Deadly monsters will always creep,
Daily fears do not help one cope,
Destroying coy me dream by dream,
Desperate to wake up I scream,
Delighted saved from alarms beep.
