Dreamer's Disease

Written August 5, 2011 Why don't these constellations follow me Smash-up mercy disease When you go outside to find the light In the middle of a cold dark night Is when I'll ask if all your dreams are dying out You only got one dance left to rid this dreamer's disease Hey you over there Do you give up more than you give All my friends keep breaking down in two Is there really any reason to live When you can only get as much as you give Davey lives at the end of the sea So sink on down and look him up for me And when the curtain's falling Morning's calling Won't wake up you got the dreamer's disease Won't wake up you only get what you give

I think there was a singer who sang: you get what you give, but I forget who he was. This reminded me of that song. and also Monkees Daydream believer came to my mind.
