Dreamer Man

There sits the dreamer Isn’t he a fool As he perches upon the balcony rail And stares into the black oblivion Companioned with a soulful lyre Whose notes when strummed cause the stars to cry The half moon rising with a rusty glow Shading half of the old mans face Sitting strumming Envy the man Who dares to dream.
