Dream Stalker
Dream stalker, get out of my head
Let me sleep peacefully, in my bed.
Unwelcome visitations from you,
Return memories, that make me feel blue.
Why do you taunt me on what is now not?
Nothing was truth, just lies and deep rot.
Stabbing emotions with your razor sharp knife
Leave me alone to get on with my life.
I will not cry or think of you,
No longer my curse or be your voodoo.
I won't be ransomed or be controlled
None of your guile or being cajoled.
Dream stalker, I set myself free
No longer come back or visit me.
I loved you once and will never again
Not in a memory or as a friend.
This is goodbye; forever the end.
Do Not Disturb...Sweet Dreaming Again.
