Dream Girl
When I gaze into her eyes, I see days that we could praise
Just the beauty in her face, her smile puts me in a daze
In my eyes, she's the best thing walking, honestly and simply
And right now I remain hoping that one day we could align like perfect symmetry
I remind her each time we interact, on how I wanted her since elementary
But now my confidence has rose, I feel now I'm deserving and she could be my Olympic gold
But as a man I must admit, that it would hurt me mentally, if she told me she opposed
Still my attempts are continuous because I want what's at the end
She makes me nervous and happy as I observe every gorgeous bend
I admit proudly that she could truly make me melt
And forever I'm crushing on her even once I get the positioned yearned
As you can now tell, this is no possible form of lust
Because I could name many things that I want from her besides to touch
It's been growing inside me over the years, a strong urge mixed with mild fear
Millions of sweet words, that I wanted to place in her ears
I always wanted to express myself, but feared she might not feel the same
I know that with the time I've taken, that now is my awaited chance
So I must capture her attention before I miss that opportunity
Some other guy comes along and takes away the room for me
I understand of myself, that different is truly my description
Forever young, but now I feel too old to still feel the same about my childhood crush
So writing this informative, passionately sweet poem was a must
And if it wasn't clear before, I feel this should add that glimmering touch
To whom it's designed for, I request nothing more
My only wish at this point is that you smile and recognize that it's been you whom I adored
