Dream
You are in a dream when all is black.
And the friends you are with turn their backs.
Their words sound muttered and fade away.
Desperation sets in from total dismay.
Detached from yourself these are not your eyes.
These eyes are not happy and they despise.
Something is wrong cause you are feeling torn.
Suddenly things change when sand sucks you below.
Wake up, your in a dream.
But in your dream you don't sleep.
You can't wake up in your dream.
You can't get out of this dream.
So open your eyes and wake yourself.
It's only a dream.
