Dream

Last night, I dreamt of towering mountains,
of oceans and deserts and looming fountains.
I heard the fierce wind blowing words to the rain
to drown all the souls in anguish and pain.

The heat of the sun turned the soil to sand and stone,
then the wind came to play and the trees were all blown,
the stars of the nights sky turned their backs from the moon,
Darkness filled the horizon like the dawn of the doom.

The ocean gave birth to a mountain of tide
that sank all the ships and the valleys beside.
The clouds cried in pain and their tears filled the soil,
many poor souls were drowned and passing was a toil.

The soil turned to mud and the feet were stuck,
many thought at this moment, there's no formula for luck,
but on top of the highest mountain, flags of victory were raising,
as the storms and the tides and the droughts were all passing.

So my child if you read this, please do not be afraid,
for all pains and miseries will all pass as it was said.
Do not be afraid to follow your dream,
for the love of the Lord is bigger than your problem.

Take your time, find a way to be in harmony with nature,
for if nature was gone, there's no hope for a future.
Love the trees as you love the cattle and the horses,
all of nature have value, even the grasses.
