a dream of happiness
a dream of love
a dream too real
to even dream of
a dream of trust
a dream so true
a dream that started
the day i met you
a dream of companionship
a dream of a family
a dream that completely erased
all sense of reality
a dream of a fairytale
a dream that never lies
a dream that disappeared
the moment i opened my eyes
a dream i once dreamt
a dream that i found
a dream that just shattered
for you are no longer around.
