Dr. Jealous and Mr Hyde

I used to like the man in the mirror
But now, all that's changed
Now I see the monster that I am
A mad man, often deranged

A regular Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde
The good, the bad and the other
Tormented by the fiend inside
You're cursed with a jealous lover

I tell you the clothes you cannot wear
And ask how long you'll be gone
I just can't help the person I became
Even though I know that it's wrong

I've even checked your cell phone
And asked, "Why do they call this late?"
"Who was it? and what did they want?"
My voice often filled with hate

I don't blame you if you leave me
For jealousy is not our friend
I just can't stand how they look at you
And this sickness may never end

I hate to see the look on your face
Each time I scream, "You lied"
It's this evil that lurks inside of me
Dr. Jealous and Mr Hyde

A little jealousy is good for a relationship....Too much will kill it

Jealousy can be very destructive and fatal in a relationship.
