Dozin

When I’m laying in my bed
And my vision fades away
The dreamlike dance inside my head
Begin to churn and sway

Her

I think of her when I’m dozin
When the lights change their hue Think of her eyes closin
Slow and bright, honest true

Her

She sits across the table
With her hands around her drink
Her eyes never leaving mine
And I wonder what she’ll think

To know

I think of her when I’m dozin
When the lights change their hue Think of her eyes closin
Slow and bright, honest true

Her

We ride around the town
In the front seat of her car
Even though we drove around
It’s like we never went that far

And still

I think of her when I’m dozin
When the lights change their hue Think of her eyes closin
Slow and bright, honest true

Even though we’re wasting time
Is it really wasted?
There is no stanza nor a rhyme
To express the love I’ve tasted

I think of her when I’m dozin
When the lights change their hue Think of her eyes closin
Slow and bright, honest true
