Don'T Want To Believe

What if every kiss you gave me was to simply get me into your bed? What if all the affection you’ve given really meant nothing at all? And what if I’m being dim-witted by sticking around? I just don’t want to believe that could be true What if we don’t go any further into this relationship of ours? What if you’re never ready to be serious? And what if you had a chance to walk away with someone new? I just don’t want believe that could be true What if every word you’ve spoken proved to be lies? What if I chose to be foolish enough to stick around anyway? And what if you truly never cared at all? Once again, I just don’t want to believe that could be true
