Dont Wait

If you love me today 
Tell me now before it's too late
To many people want to believe it wont be their day
But you have to live life every day like its great.

Tomorrow is not promised.
If you love me today
Just tell me and be honest
After I'm gone all you can do is pray

Tell me now before it's too late
I tried for so many years to reach out
I dont care if you live in another state
No one ever answered what was that all about?

Too many people want to believe it wont be their day
But what about the ones we've lost already
They didnt plan for their body to be left in the ground to stay.
Your life can continue to be steady.

But dont wait until I die 
To show up, stand there and cry.
Tell me now, before it's too late.
Because one day I'll be in a boxed crate.
