Don'T Shut It Off

There's so much going on in your life
you continue to ignore like before
When the alarm rings, don't shut if off
get up and wheel to the door

Sure you're in pain, and you're body is dying
Yet lying around is a much bigger chore
Live each moment as best as you can
Right down to your deep inner core

Complain when there's need
as you continue to feed
the love that shines in your heart
so when the alarm rings, don't shut it off
soon you'll feel better than you did at the start

So, when the alarm rings, don't shut it off
Check the time you need at the door.
