Dont say its over

Once in a lifetime that special person comes along
Being with them reminds you of a long-lost song
A friendship grows and the bond is strong
Then something happens and you do them wrong

They give you a chance to make things right
You do your best, you last a few nights
Yet once again you prove you ain’t so bright
What can you do, you have lost your sight

You know in your heart the feeling is real
But you continue to act like a first-class heel
You say this is over I know how you feel
I want this to work so I make my appeal

Please tell me what I can do
I will do anything to please you
