don't make me
say all the things that you want to hear
or all the things i'm blind to see
just try to understand that this is me
don't make me
try to be somebody that i'm not
or into the perfect man that you want
just try to understand that this is me
don't make me
try to love you if it isn't real
or give up my life to be with you
just try to understand that this is me
don't make me
try to be happy in life
when you tell me that you don't want to be part of it
just try to understand that this is me
