Don'T Let It Go.

It is a beautiful thing, delicate and true,

More precious than stone, white, red or blue,

Fragile as spun glass, and twice as clear,

But cannot be seen, or found by ear.

Without it your life would be full of tension and hate,

You'd struggle through life, under tremendous weight,

The bitterness rising, consuming your life,

Hating the whole world and cause naught but strife.

When it's yours to have, your happiness grows,

Bright with a coloured joy, which you've never known

You are full of life, with the world at your feet,

Everything you do is like a delicious treat.

It funny how such a little thing, can rule you so,

Can cause such hate, such joy that you'll ever know,

Once it is broken and gone, it cannot be regained,

It is now forever lost, and your live much pained.

Trust is such as strange and wonderful thing,

Heaven or hell this delicate item can bring

Once you have it just don't let it go,

Protect it at all costs or you will know.
